Dallas Buyer Agents is a different type of real estate company. Our agents are different than Traditional Real Estate Agents. We specialize in working on the behalf Home Buyers, exclusively. We do not represent Sellers and we have no homes for sale. Our purpose is to help buyers find the best homes in the best neighborhoods for their families, and to represent their interests alone throughout the home buying process.
We do this by providing them with every bit of information available about their prospective home, the neighborhood and overall area.
We offer tools for specific neighborhood information, tools to estimate your mortgage payments, and buyer resources articles that will help you thoroughly understand the home buying process and home ownership.
We will offer our experience about neighborhoods, home construction, home repairs and the relative value of specific remodels a buyer may want to do to a home.
We advise our clients as to the best schools and school districts for their kids. We show our clients the appreciation rates and crime reports for any neighborhood in which they are interested.
We know where the quality homes of every price range are, throughout the area, and, we know which neighborhoods or homes need to be avoided.
We have extensive experience working with large scale home builders as well as custom builders and architects. We attend all new home planning meetings and phased construction inspections with our clients who decide to build from ground up, or buy "spec" homes still under construction.
We listen closely to you. We ask questions and we listen. We want to know exactly what it is that you are looking for in your home so that we can provide you with the best advise possible. We then provide you with information from both the MLS and FSBO lists on all homes that seem to fit your goals. And we will contact the better listing agents who represent Sellers in the areas you want to consider so we can find any "pocket" or un-listed homes that listing agents are holding off-market.

Steve Ritchey, our Broker, has a degree in architecture and over 20 years of experience in residential design and construction, as well as real estate. We really do understand homes as well as the business of real estate.
